I watched High School Musical 3 yesterday. My favorite part was when Gabriella sang for Troy at the basketball game and got his "head in the game" again. Phew! Crisis averted.
We played basketball today. I'm just as bad as I used to be at it, only I'm taller now.
I'm going to eat more dessert.

Quick and Easy Granola
This is going to be the easiest recipe for granola that you have seen in your entire lives. You need:
-3c. Oats
-1c. nuts of your choice
-1c. dried fruit of your choice
-1/3 to 1/2c. brown sugar or honey
-5 tbsp. margarine
-salt (for when you have unsalted nuts)
All you have to do is put the dried fruit in a bowl and fill it with water. I prefer craisins because I think they are delicious. Melt the margarine in a pan then add the oats. Coat the oats with the margarine and add the sugar or honey and salt. I prefer using the brown sugar. Then add the nuts (I like almonds) and the dried fruit (drained) and continue to cook the mixture until it is golden brown. It will be a little soft when you just finish cooking, but will get harder when it cools down. It is good and it is fast and it is cheaper than buying the stuff pre-made in the store.
