Here I am in Provo Utah in the middle of the night and I don't have anything really productive to do other than sleep. So I'm going to start a blog and hopefully you will like it. I have thought a little about what I should include in the blog, but I might be looking for your opinions on what you would like to see and what you would not like to see. I want to hear from you.

Granola Pancakes
Quick and Easy Granola
This is going to be the easiest recipe for granola that you have seen in your entire lives. You need:
-3c. Oats
-1c. nuts of your choice
-1c. dried fruit of your choice
-1/3 to 1/2c. brown sugar or honey
-5 tbsp. margarine
-salt (for when you have unsalted nuts)
All you have to do is put the dried fruit in a bowl and fill it with water. I prefer craisins because I think they are delicious. Melt the margarine in a pan then add the oats. Coat the oats with the margarine and add the sugar or honey and salt. I prefer using the brown sugar. Then add the nuts (I like almonds) and the dried fruit (drained) and continue to cook the mixture until it is golden brown. It will be a little soft when you just finish cooking, but will get harder when it cools down. It is good and it is fast and it is cheaper than buying the stuff pre-made in the store.

Would it be possible to combine pictures with currents dates and your modeling portfolio? 'Cause if you looked like a model on your dates then girls would be paying to take you out.

I want to learn new trail recipes. Maybe you could make a section entitled "Cooking without ground beef" for our Indian contingency.
In addition, if the pictures you posted are any indication of your modeling portfolio, I am strongly opposed. Especially based on the other pictures you have sent me (Wal-mart vest, bowling alley just to name a couple.)
So, maybe you should post your dates with photos and then WE could vote on which ones we like. Sounds like a great idea to me. I bet Corbin and Miles would pick the cutest girls for you. They have a good eye and are quite the ladies men as well. They must get that from their Uncle Craig. Hehehe!
It kind of bothered me last night when you shut the window and turned on the air conditioner in the middle of the night. It was colder than I expected. Actually, I really liked it. Being hot stinks.
